Where do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States. As we expand through South America, Europe, and the Middle East; our partners will offer shipping worldwide.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are different for each item and depend on the delivery options which you choose. When you proceed to checkout with your shopping cart, you will see all of the shipping options available to you as well as the rates.

My tracking shows delivered but I never received the order, what do I do?

We ship all of our packages with Canada Post.

You may contact Canada Post for any missing, lost or stolen packages, submit a service ticket.

The delivery address was wrong or incomplete

We deliver items as addressed and will make every attempt to correct any addressing issues. Contact Canada Post here to learn more about what happens to a parcel or letter that is addressed incorrectly or missing information.

Track status shows as Delivered

If the Track status of your letter or parcel shows as Delivered, but the item has not been received, click here.

Mail item has not arrived by the expected date

If the parcel or letter was sent with a service that includes tracking, use the Track tool to see its status.

What do I do when I receive my diffuser?

First, you go to essence360.com/warranty and register your new diffuser online. Then, you carefully unpackage your diffuser, making sure not to discard any items in the box. Each diffuser will come with an instruction manual inside the box and will show you how to operate your new diffuser.

Do you offer a warranty?

All of our diffusers come with a one year limited warranty, providing you register the purchase on our website at essence360.com/warranty.

Our oils can be exchanged as long as the seals on the packaging and on the bottles have not been broken.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs on any returns or exchanges. If an item is defective, we will replace the item for you at no cost to you, provided that the item was not damaged by the customer in any way.

Essence360 Essential Oils blends are created in Montreal, Canada, according to the highest standards in the fragrance industry to safely disperse scents, disinfect the air, while being 100% safe to the touch.

We use non-toxic biodegradable materials and our oils, diffusers and candles are safe for children and pets.

Are your Essential Oils safe to diffuse in a home?

Where can we buy your Essential Oils?

At the moment, our signature Essential Oil blends are only available on our website. We are currently concluding several partnerships with major pharmacies, supermarkets and retailers in order to offer you more locations to purchase our unique blends.

Do your diffusers come with an oil?

In general, our diffusers DO NOT include any oils. We do often run promotions that include an oil or a set of sample oils, however, when purchasing a diffuser, you should purchase at least one oil or take advantage of our current promotions on oils.

Do you have a wholesale or affiliate program?
